Plans & Pricing

What broadband plans does Sikka offer?
Our fiber plans run from 40 Mbps at ₹399/month up to 1 Gbps at ₹4,999/month, with several speeds in between to suit homes, gamers, streamers and offices. Every plan is delivered over our own fiber network — no copper, no throttling. You can compare all plans on the Plans page.
Are the plans truly unlimited?
Yes. All Sikka home plans come with unlimited data. The number you choose is your speed, not a data cap — stream, game and work without worrying about running out.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later?
Absolutely. You can change your plan at the end of any billing cycle. Just contact support or request a change from your account, and the new speed applies from your next renewal.
Do you offer plans for businesses?
Yes. We provide dedicated and high-speed connections for offices, cafés and enterprises, including static IP and priority support. Reach out to our team for a tailored business quote.

Installation

How do I get a new Sikka connection?
Apply online at newconnection.sikkanet.com, pick your plan, and complete the purchase. Our team confirms feasibility at your address and schedules installation — usually within 24–72 hours of a confirmed order.
Is there an installation charge?
Installation and the standard router setup are covered under your onboarding charges, which are shown clearly at checkout before you pay. There are no hidden fees added later.
What equipment do I need?
A fiber ONT (optical modem) and a Wi-Fi router, both supplied and configured by our technician during installation. You only need a power socket near where you'd like the router placed.
How long does installation take?
A typical home installation takes about 1–2 hours on site once the technician arrives, including cable routing, ONT setup and Wi-Fi configuration.

Billing & Payments

What payment methods are accepted?
You can pay online by UPI, debit/credit card and net banking. Plan prices are billed monthly (or for the duration you select), with GST shown separately on every invoice.
Is GST included in the plan price?
Plan prices are listed before tax, and applicable GST is added at checkout with a clear breakdown so you always see the final payable amount before confirming.
How do I pay or renew my bill?
Renew anytime from your account or via the payment link sent before your due date. We recommend renewing a day or two early so your service never pauses.
What is your refund policy?
If we're unable to provide service at your location after a confirmed order, you receive a full refund of the amount paid. For other cases, contact support and our team will review your request fairly.

Speed & Support

My internet is slow — what should I check first?
Restart your router, sit closer to it for Wi-Fi tests, and run a speed test on a wired device to compare. If wired speed is also low, contact support and we'll diagnose the line remotely or send a technician.
Will I actually get the speed I pay for?
Our fiber network delivers your plan speed on wired connections. Wi-Fi speeds can vary with distance, walls and the number of devices — for the full rated speed, connect demanding devices by LAN cable.
How do I report an outage or fault?
Call our support line or message us on WhatsApp with your registered number. Most issues are resolved the same day, and we'll keep you updated until your connection is back to normal.
What are your support hours?
Our support team is available every day to help with faults, billing and plan questions. For fastest service, keep your registered mobile number handy when you reach out.

How do I know if Sikka fiber is available at my address?
Enter your address during the new connection flow and we'll check feasibility against our live fiber network in Lucknow. If you're within reach, you can order straight away.
Which areas do you cover?
As Lucknow's oldest and most established ISP, we cover a wide footprint across the city and continue to expand. The availability checker is the quickest way to confirm coverage at your exact location.
Can I shift my connection to a new home?
Yes — if your new address is within our network, we can relocate your connection. Let support know your moving date and new address, and we'll arrange the shift.
How do I update my contact or account details?
Contact our support team with your registered number to update your mobile, email or address. We verify ownership before making changes to keep your account secure.
